Moreover, there might not be a consistent amount of work to justify a full-time position, leading to paying a salary without full utilisation of the designer's time.

Typically, most design requests are fulfilled within two to three business days. More complex projects may require additional time but this is something we discuss at the beginning of the process.

Yes, once you subscribe, you can load your queue with as many design requests as you wish. They will be processed sequentially one by one. Our Pro Plan let’s you handle two tasks at the same time that we work on.

If you find yourself with limited design needs, you can pause your subscription. This is ideal if you only have a few requests at a time.
Billing is based on a 31-day cycle. For example, if you use the service for 26 days and then pause, you'll have 5 days left that you can use whenever you choose to resume.

We mainly use Figma and Adobe products to create your design.

Don't worry! We'll revise the design until you are completely satisfied.

Indeed, there are some limitations. We do not handle 3D modeling, animated graphics, document design (like medical forms), complex packaging, or extensive print work (such as magazines or books).

That's perfectly fine. You can simply pause your subscription once your request is completed and resume it later when more needs arise.

Given the high-quality standards of our work, we do not offer refunds. But so far every of our costumers were totally satisfied.
